Stowage seat and dosage tray are designed as on unit to make dosage tray and stowage rod without deviation phenomenon, avoid friction phenomenon between stowage rod and dosage tray, improve its precision highly, furthermore, it delays the machines use life greatly. 3). In allusion to sticky or fluidity powder cause bad filling effect, in the dosage tray designed a powder scraper to improve the precision of filling. 4). Other device designed to avoid disqualified capsules get into mould caused by sticky powder, and this improves rate of finished products. 5). Ineligible capsule can be eliminated automatically, the medicine in the capsule can be recycled and reused, thus it can increase economic benefit greatly. 6). Simplicity and convenience of dismantling, installation and clean, various models of mould can be replace each other, the mould of 800, 1000, 1200 can be interchange on the same machine to meet different requirement of capacity. 7). Dust collector and vacuum pipe as well as waste air pipe are installed in the inner of the machine, avoid the air pipe becoming hard, broken or leakage etc phenomenon, it is more convenient to clean the platform. Furthermore, it accords GMP requirement. 8). The cap of stowage rod is made of stainless steel to replace original plastic cap to avoid breaking phenomenon; on the other hand, the screws and caps on the platform lesser to make the whole appearance more good looking. 9).
